Refund policy

At HairmazeUSA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a refund or exchange, please email us at info@hairmazeusa.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If your refund is approved, we will process the refund within 7 days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on final sale items or custom orders.
